just wanted to say those boots are not mean to be for you it seems, did you know that the krall moler boots also have the run speed bonus? lol yeah.....

So I keep hearing about these boots.
ReplyDeleteSpending abyss points on the boots is a almost a complete waste, and should have been spent on jewlery instead that will last you much longer.
This is due to this group quest that you can do at 37; [Group] Korumonerk in Danger
Just look it up on aionarmory. It will take quite some grinding, but you also get very decent exp while doing so.
Other than that, great podcast guys, I enjoy listening to it at least. So keep up the good work.

ReplyDeleteAs for the boots, it's 50/50 us being noobs and not knowing. We knew about the quest, but we hadn't quite experienced how hard it was. So we weren't sure if we should suggest it!
Also, I'm really happy someone noticed our music! =D We're going to try to cycle different tunes in to keep the ears pleased!
As for the forums, I generally avoid them... Thats actually a perfect thing for me to explain next podcast! =] So keep your eyes out for it folks! ^^
Please kill the AION Music in the background... it's distracting when I try and listen to your podcast while playing the game myself.

on another note you guys say 240 for soft cap. every where I've been reading its 440. was this just a mess up on your guys part? o_0
Also I know a lot of people haven't been able to go into the instances in the castles, maybe a little more in-dept information on those would be cool.
Also maybe your favorite grinding spot in the abyss so i can come kill you :D (notice im only level 33 so if i do find you, at least let me get the false hope i have some what of a chance in getting you to maybe 50% >.<)
Also about the gold spamming.. notice they went to personal shops now >.<
Also any tips on making gold aka kinah faster? Like you guys said, it actually has quite a bit of value in the game. I'm personally having trouble being able to barely pay for my books and death repairs.. let alone trying to do crafting.

Also some thing's I'd like to add. I know deaths get pretty price around 30+ but I have a friend that is level 41 now and notices that its becoming cheaper for him to buy back his XP. Have you guys noticed this?
I don't know to much myself about the end game pvpve there is, maybe you guys know now? any information on this would be cool.

ReplyDelete@Revrand I'm not sure about death lowering in price in the 40s, but I have noticed that if I wait to pay the Soul Healer for awhile, the price will mysteriously go down, and similarly, if I die multiple times, the price doesn't double. The second death will cost less.
ReplyDeleteIts hard to really know what's going on because I'm not willing to die for experimental purposes! But I have noticed that it seems the price does go down occasionally.
